Districts serve as crucial drivers of NIPUN Mission reforms, spearheading change within the education system at the grassroots level. Odisha’s commitment to improving foundational learning outcomes across the state have effectively stuck out through their work in the past few years. This article places a spotlight on governance mechanisms and key initiatives to drive FLN implementation and calls out key enablers, including monitoring, training and salience building, to drive FLN adoption at different levels in the state.
Focussing on ensuring FLN implementation at different levels in Odisha, this article highlights cluster-level initiatives to improve student learning outcomes. Shri. Manoj Kumar Padhy elaborates on the process and achievements of these meetings and how they can bolster teaching and learning processes in the classroom. Additionally, he calls attention to other key initiatives in the state to strengthen FLN at the school level.
